DO NOT BUY DEFY APPLIANCES

The quality of Defy has gone down along with the service delivery. I purchased a Defy washing machine in February 2019 this year and now my machine is making a strange loud sound. The customer care service is promising to come and see what the problem could be but I am still waiting for them to come and help SINCE LAST WEEK. This is so bad as I'm not able to do any laundry while the machine is not working. As a mom, you can just imagine the inconvenience!. I've asked the store where I purchased the machine to come and collect it as I do not want nor trust this brand any longer. PLEASE DO NOT PROMISE DEFY TO BE A QUALITY BRAND AS THIS IS NO LONGER THE CASE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! CAN SOMEONE PLEASE COME AND FETCH YOUR JUNK AS IT SERVES MY FAMILY NOTHING!!!
