DO NOT BUY ANY DEFY APPLIANCES!!!!!!!!!!

I bought a deft fridge at game 2 months ago a month later it started making this loud irritating noise and I’ve since called them to come fix it they keep lying saying they will come but never pitch or bother to explain why they didn’t come last time they set a date for Saturday I called yesterday and they said they don’t work on weekends and the said they are coming today which is a public holiday I kept quiet knowing they are lying to me I wish they could just refund me so I buy any other brand I will NEVER buy any deft appliances I am sad cause I’ve supported them for years and decided to give them a chance despite all the bad review but i won’t advice anyone to ever buy their appliances.
