Do not but a Defy Fridge if you love peace!!
Can some please explain to me how do I purchase a Double Door Fridge 555 litre last year 23 November 2023 at Hifi Corp and have completely no peace in my house!! This fridge is making the worse noise ever! I cant take it anymore! What the hell is wrong with your product? How can a new fridge make such noise? I am so disappointed in this product and I need answers! I thought Defy is a reputable company and with a good quality, little did I know its the worst mistake ever!!! I can’t believe this!! And when the fridge arrived, it was okay but now you can’t even be in the kitchen with out catching a headache!

05 Apr 2024, 02:13Your service team informed me to go to Hifi Corp and log a complaint there, I did so and was told it will take 7-14 working day. Am sorry I can not wait 7 to 14 working days. If i could send you the noise that comes from that fridge it is literally a Generator inside my house ! Its too much. I was sold a fridge which did no go through proper checking from Defy, now i have to pay the price for that. I need this to be escalated further. Come fix your malfunctioning fridge!

Their service requests come directly from their Head Office to Defy.
