Dissatisfied with after sales Defy service and new 7kg Defy DAW384 washing machine

Really bad after sales service. Disatsatisfied with a new Defy 7kg DAW384 washing machine bought on 21 Oct at Game, Brooklyn Mall. Installed early Nov by our plumber. Washing machine unsatisfactory from day 1:Loud whiney drum sound when spinning; burnt smell initially first few washes; spinning cycle leaves washing wetter than older machines...lodged complaint ref. ********** through Game. A week ago a Defy consultant phoned re a technician who would attend. Defy has not responded since - no phone calls, voicemail or smsses to ********** 201. Have bought Defy for 40 years. Very dissatisfied with the new machine and would like it replaced
