Dissatisfied customer DEFY product

I purchased a slimline oven on the 28.01.2021from Hirsch at Springfield. When we opened packaging at home, to our disappointment the oven back part was all bent there were missing *****s so the back parts were loose. The thermofan cover all loose no *****s, sides all bent. There is no connection of earth to the hob, most disappointing. Totally disappointed, about quality of final product. I am a baker and needed my oven to be installed immediately. Now Hirsch has to log this complaint and I have to wait until next week...
