Dissatisfied customer

I bought a washing machine from markro on the 22/03/2014 early this year it started malfunctioning i lodged a complain a technician was sent on site to fix the machine but he didnt win he came about 5times but still no luck the manager insisted that no exchange will be made as the machine is now going out of warrantee but even up to today the machine is till not working properly same problem i reported still persist and his very rude they also take time to send a field technician my guess is they want the machine to go out of warrantee so that id have to pay im nit happy at all where im standing i do not want the machine anymore can you please help with this matter before it goes out of warrantee the machine is not the same good quality i had
