Dissapointment

I bought a defy fridge about 2 years ago. I still have 3 years on the extended warrenty. I am really dissapointed in the fridge. I thought defy was a good make. My fridge leaks alot at the bottom of the fridge and inside the fridge. I have never had this before with other brand fridges. Im not at all happy with my fridge and never have been. Ive moaned before but not much gets done. Another thing i hate about my defy fridge is there is not ice tray for my ice. I have to balance my ice trays ontop of my meat, which messes everywhere. How can a fridge be made without a ice facility. This to me is ridiculous. I will never support defy again
