Dissapointed by pathetic and unreliable service
My moms brand new toploader is malfunctioning. Defy promised in December to replace it amd has not honoured their promise. Home Choice is chasing my mother to pay for a malfunctioning washing machine. A pensioner is being harrased to make payments ***. While defy keepa making broken promises. They responded on hellopeter and said they will contact me, but I have not spoken to them. Trust Defy at your own peril. Moms number is ***

To date you have not kept the promise, instead you call amd promise a replacement has been approved but you fail to deliver it. No one spoke to me regarding the prior complaint you promised to call me back for. I only got a call today after writing this complaint again. On that call you repeated a promise made in Dec amd has still not be honoured.
