Dismal service

I purchased a defy steam cure washing machine in June 2022 by November this machine became problematic ...on the 5/12/2022 the maintenance guys arrived home by unfortunately were unable to correct the fault... they took the machine and booked it for repairs...weeks pass by with no update from them..which leaves me to call only to find out they dont have the part required...In January 2023 this machine is now returned to me in a ********** condition full of scratches and cracks..upon questioning them they insist they received it in this condition from me and show me a piece of paper signed and collected from me on the 30/12/2022...how is this possible when the whole of December this machine was in your possession. This piece of paper was falsified with my signature...I've been in contact with the call centre during this time frame which I was left without a washing machine listen to your recordings. I've laid a complaint in January regarding the dismal care taken and till date I'm waiting for a rectification.
