Dishwasher not repaired and no feedback after several requests

Job number *** My dishwasher is not yet repaired since 24th of may 2021 when it was reported. After several queries I do not receive any feedback. A technician dropped in for 3 minutes on the 27th of may, checked the machine, took photos of the serial no and model number, and said the part needs to be replaced. I again phoned the service desktop on the 11th of June 2021. The Lady said that there is nothing on the system that a technician visited the premises. Nothing was updated.
