Dishonest technician swapping new parts with old and poor service

If only it was possible not to give a star at all.Defy has terrible service I reported a fault on my washing machine the technician did not honour more than 3 appointments. When he finally came he claimed the part(sealed in plastic brand new) he came with was incorrect and that he would order the correct one. On the second appointment when he came with the part it was not brand new not covered in plastic just came out of a box. He swapped my part for a used part. Even has the audacity to suggest I call him in future for private jobs if I have any issues instead of go through the company. Very dishonest technician I am appalled I will never purchase or use anything defy ever again.
