Disgusting service on a international company name sies

Doesn't even deserve a star. Took me how long to log the call 5calls to house & home. Called Thursday technician book for monday. Called Saturday suggested I use a days leave to wait for technician..asked for supervisor or manager no 1 available I thought this is a international company. Service is substandard if not non exciting contact me ***
