Disgusting Service

I bought a Defy Aqua wave technology Washing machine 13kg from Takealot on the 2nd of March. 2 Months old and it is not working anymore. Takealot advised that we cannot return it to them as they only do 30 day returns. I logged a call with Defy, I sent a Facebook message i sent a Facebook post and called and when I call i just get told sorry we are offline call back later. So now my washing is pilling up and I am not able to do my washing. You pay for an appliance just to have it break down and now you need to wait for the supplier to assist you. I have a child in school and now I need to struggle to get his clothes dry as I have to hand wash the clothes and I work full time. This is utter nonsense to say it in a nice manner. I will not recommend defy to anyone at all. Takealot and defy is the worst possible combination. I should have gone and bought a Samsung rather then this piece of nonsense.
