DISGUSTING, POOR EXCUSE SERVICE!!
DISGUSTING SERVICE. Poor excuses provided by call agents and each call attempt a new story is created. No sense of honesty or accountability. Been calling *** for 2 weeks for Job number *** and nothing has been done. Agents very dismissive and will practically say anything to end the call. APPAULLED AT THE LEVEL OF NON-EXISTANT CUSTOMER SERVICE. CLOSE the ENTIRE LINE, THERES NO POINT OF IT.!!!!!!!! SLA of 24-72 hours not adhered to. ITS totally breached and all they keep saying is matter will be escalated.

28 Jul 2023, 11:30Just received a call, advising a technician is coming today... Unfortunately, that's nothing new cause it I was promised on the 20th then the 25th and still waiting again today. Honestly the entire experience is disheartening.
