Disgusting Defy Appliances!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely slow and no response from complaining, I've been complaining for 1 month now only to have a technician come out and replace some fan in my freezer...which now doesn't work completely, Each time you contact the call centre the damn agents listen to your complaint and say it will be re-opened...only to find out when I follow-up again it was not lodged!!!! I've spoken to 4 different call center agents....and am without a fridge and freezer for over 1 month now....disgusting!!!!!
