Disgusting customer service

Bought a Defy stove in April 2021. Delivered May 2021. Reported oven not working in August. Been promiced the stove will be replaced. Have 5 different reference numbers. 9 months later all I have is empty promices and a stove with an oven that does not work. Absolutly disgusted at this shoddy customer service. Wake up Defy. This is not acceptable.
