Disgusting after-sales service!

I purchased a Defy Refridgerator at Pick 'n Pay Hyper Brackenfell with a water dispenser in October 2014. Ever since, I've had endless issues with the water dispenser, which keeps leaking, leaving my kitchen floor soaking wet and not to mention a waste of water!   The technician came out twice to have a look, he just fiddles with the mechanism then it works for a while but not long after it starts leaking again. My last service call was logged by the store in March 2016. The technician, Fred, called me to make arrangements to come check the dispenser out for the third time. However, this very nice gentleman finds it in his best interest to tell me that he can only come out in the morning because he stops working at 12. Of course, this would not suit my schedule as I work in the morning. Nevertheless, time passed and I didn't hear from him again. I then contacted the store to follow up on the call, who had then logged another (fourth) job (Job Number: 507299). Two weeks had passed so on 25 April 2016 I went directly to the store and spoke to Clive, who advised me that the job was logged on 14 April. He gave me the direct number for Defy, which I called on 28 April 2016 and spoke to a lady who said that she will ask the technician to phone me Tuesday 03 May 2016. I called Defy again on 05 May and spoke to the switchboard operator, who said she would pass my message on to Mary.   It’s now the 09th May and I still have not heard anything from this people. I am highly disgusted in a brand I trust. I have a Defy Frontloader washing machine as well as a Chest Freezer and I’m worried if something will go wrong with those appliances, is this the same service I’d receive? I have never experienced such service with Samsung and will definitely consider their brand in the future! All I want is the water dispenser fixed properly or replaced so that I can use it for the purpose I bought it!
