Disappointing service

<p>Hi there, </p> <p> </p> <p>I purchased a washing machine in July 2016 and was promised a guaranteed getaway and an OMO voucher. I sent through all the necessary documents and no one has gotten back to me until I called. Everytime I call I am being told that there is someone working on my case. When they eventually got back to be about the getaway it was very short notice and at places that I didnt even suggest. I emailed back and I am yet to receive a response. Also I have not yet received my OMO voucher.
