Disappointing Defy spare availability.

After numerous requests to encourage Defy SA to provide an oven glass replacement, the lack of enthusiasm or eagerness to promote a probability of success gives us no encouragement to purchase Defy products for the foreseeable future. For such a long-standing client of a reputable local company, this is disappointing that such a top-level oven does not justify carrying ample stock of similar replacement glass doors. Nor is the company willing to promote an alternative replacement that may serve the purpose.
