Disappointed with Washing machine
I bought a washing machine 14kg last year November 2025 and it gave me problems they came and fixed it and still gave me a problem.then they replaced it with a new one and still experiencing the same problem with the new washing machine when you wash it makes a lot of noise and am really tired of calling defy offices because they are not helpful.i really trusted the brand but it has disappointed me very bad am not happy with Defy appliances

09 Jun 2026, 19:56You know Defy Offices am not impressed with the way you do things lying to your customers giving false hopes that you are coming today and you ending up not pitching am really disappointed because you wanna send your technicians again while am at work so that they can damage the washing machine again like they did before.kindly come and take your washing machine and refund me my money back am so exhausted with your washing machines they do the same thing always am tired of you people.Today I even cancelled my plans thinking the technician is coming but boom nothing no communication,yet I got a call in the morning that the technicians are coming.i no longer want anything to do with you people
