Disappointed in your product

Hi There,

It is with great disappointment that I'm sending you this email. I bought the 'Defy 5 Burner Stainless Steel Gas Stove DGS161' and I'm not happy with the stove gas burners. I'm not sure if the plates are not aligned properly, but the gas is not burning evenly. The one burner just switches off on it's own so we can't use it. The wok burner doesn't work at all. We seldom cook and when we do it's quite annoying cause it burns our pots, half the burner is perfect and the other one just flares up. This product is also NOT safe - poorly designed. Many times i used a cloth to take a pot of the stove and it would hook onto the trays on top of the stove.

I have high expectations from Defy and this product most certainly does not meet the standards I'm used to.
