Disappointed.

Defy customer services, does not tell you that it takes days to attend to your problem. Thereafter the consultant doesn't care that you were uninformed. My stove is shorting the electrics in my home. I called for someone to come out and attend to my issue. I called the call center. Yesterday, I was expecting someone during the course of the day. When I called the following afternoon I was informed that it takes 2-3 days for someone to come back to me.

Disappointed.
