disappointed.

I bought a DEFY 4 PLATE stove from OK Furnishers Hammaskral store, it came faulty it looks like it was a display when i tried to sort it out with the store manager Mr Abraham Maphosa he was extremely rude which i explained that the delivery guy came at 19H00 and it was dark i could identify that it came faulty . I don't think i will ever again use Defy again i am traumatized by both the product and the store.
