Disappointed at defy

I'm so defy I bought defy 14kg top loader DTL160-DTL164 washing machine, the machine is 4days old, it's making a terrible very loud noise like someone is breaking it up with the hammer, I called defy and they can't even help me, the machine is still under warranty, now it's not washing, it's just making a lot of noise and not agitating at all, even when it's done, it's not even spinning, it just drains the water out, when I open the lid, it keeps on making noise it doesn't stop, imm so disappointed at defy, so useless defy is
