Disappointed

I bought 2 Defy microwaves at Fair Price Diepsloot last year on 8/05/2024 within a year all them had stopped working first l called Defy to inform them and l was told to take them back to the retail shop mid April and today 11/06/2024 l received a call from Fair Price telling me that Defy can not repair the microwaves because the ****roach is the ones which has damaged both appliances if l want them to fix them l need to pay a fee but the microwaves guarantee was still valid .and has affected me so bad as l use the microwave daily.
