DISAPPOINTED

<p>In August 2016 I bought a Defy Automatic Washing Machine, with it I got the weekend away promotion. In January 2017 I submitted all the relevant documentation and the list if places with the dates. To date I have not heard a word every time I send an email I get a response saying they will answer within 5 days but nothing.</p> <p> </p> <p>It seems to me that maybe this promotion was just a **** to get people to buy Defy products.</p>
