DEFY'S ****TY SERVICE

I bought a defy Hob at house and home and only to find out when I got home that the Hob was damaged on the side and took it back to the store immediately and then house and home came back to me and said defy is refusing to take back the damaged item and yet the fault is on their side not the store..... Please people do not ever buy defy produces because when they are broken the say you as the customer broke it
