Following is an extract from Defy's F.B. page and yet despite numerous communications to them requesting a step by step process on how to achieve "Steakhouse Perfection" and promises that they will revert, I have still heard nothing. :- "Achieve steakhouse perfection while still preserving nutrients and flavour with our innovative grill microwave. Fast, even heating stops the breakdown of vitamins, leaving you with a delicious, convenient and healthy start to the new year.
