Defy's disgusting service

Unfortunately 1 star is as low as it goes. I will never support the defy brand again! Your customer service is pathetic. Durban branch in Springfield, have terrible service. They never get back to you. I have been trying to order a part for 3 months now. And I get the same response everytime. "I will get back to you sir" and it never happens
