Defy's after sales service was excellent

I bought a Defy Fridge and Freezer as separate units but as a pair. I had problems with the stand up freezer. The quality control at the factory was not up to scratch and the freezer had to be replaced on 3 occasions. Then the PC board gave in after 3 months. Defy agreed to replace my freezer, but then they had no stock to replace my unit. After requesting if I may return the fridge as well for a full refund Defy and Hirch's agreed. For this I am extremely grateful. Thank you for excellent after sales service.
