Defy/Grundig’s service is a joke

Defy/Grundig’s service is a joke. They advertise a 5-year warranty, but my dishwasher has been faulty since January 2026 and still hasn’t been fixed after 7 technician visits. I’ve lost hours dealing with useless repeat visits and a call center that does nothing except tell me to call back. Instead of replacing a clearly defective unit, they keep wasting my time by sending more “experts” who can’t solve the problem. Absolutely unacceptable.
