Defy/Grundig nightmare

Defy is distributing a product called Grundig is South Africa. We bought a gas stove, warmer, extractor and fridge of this product. Worst mistake of our lives. The warmer has been already replaced once. The new one just gave in after using it no more than 5 times. We went away for a weekend, came back to a fridge that was making a strange noise and warm as an oven. Grundig SA sold us a fridge that was supposed to come with uv light, the one delivered had no such application. Defy after service has been terrible. I don't think they even know how to deal with this product. Do yourself a favour and stay away from it. It is definitely a no buy.
