DefyFridge over freezing

<p>I bought a defy at House@Home 3 years ago with extended guarantee......the 1st day when I switch it on it never got cold so the defy exchange it for a new on.....ever since that day Ived experience problems with the freezer part of the fridge they have repaired it several time even replace the doors but the same problem occurs......now the fridge part also freeze my food........I told them I dont want a other fridge but they keep insisting to repair it......im very disappointed in there pathetic service and want to tell the people to never ever buy appliances at Defy ever....cause of there bad appliances and pathetic service....now im sitting with a fridge that no use</p>
