DEFY YOUR SERVICE IS BEYOND BAD!!!

We bought a Defy fridge less than two months ago at game. This fridge stopped working and is not cooling anymore. We phoned game, they forwarded the matter to defy. The technician was supposed to phone us in 2-3 working days. We called today, they said the technician was supposed to phone yesterday! This is bad service! All of our groceries and meat has gone bad! They are quick to sell you a fridge but so bad to come when the thing is not working anymore!! BAD BAD BAD SERVICE
