Defy You cannot Rely on Defy anymore

We purchased a brand new 2 door defy fridge from Game Trade Route Lenasia in October 2017. The reason we chose Defy is because of "Everyone knows You can rely on Defy" but unfortunately because their Customer service is so ****, I am changing my view on this product. We have been given false promises for over 2 weeks now on when a technician will be coming out. When we phoned in and asked to speak to a supervisor, we spoke 1st to a gentleman by the name of Ishmael and when calling in again, I spoke to another gentleman Mike but he never called me back. It seems that this **** customer service is becoming very common. I am tired of wasting my airtime on people who can't sort out a simple issue of a repair or else as they say they don't have the part in stock, replace my fridge. R10 000 cash for something that only last 8 months, might be a drop in the ocean for defy but for hard working class people it is a lot. Totally disgusted by the lack of professionalism on this matter. I would not recommend defy to anyone looking to buy something that lasts or even go through the hassle of their **** customer service. Pathetic!!!
