DEFY? You can never rely on Defy!

I bought a brand new Defy fridge from Pick n pay stores. a month later it had an error sign , of which I logged a call with Defy. I travel a lot so when I came back the meat and some foodstuffs had went off and I had to throw it out. Defy sent through technicians and they informed me that there was an error at the factory and they did not put gas in the fridge. they fixed the issue and promised me i should have no more issues for years to come. 3 Months later after 4 days away from from home I come back to another stench from the fridge , and alas the same error message again , same process , throw out all the spoilt food and now I have to log another call,

this is a brand new fridge which is less than a year old and it is giving me headaches and costing me money , will Defy ever sort this out or will i have to live with the fact that i have bought a fridge that will never work as promised? i cannot take a chance again of having to throw food out, this is just madness!

Defy should give me another fridge and reimburse me for all the food I have been throwing out!!!
