Defy wont come fix my 6 month old Washing Machine
About 3 weeks ago i requested. Repair for my 6 month old machine. I got emailed once to ask for my address, i immediately rep****. I received no reply for about a week. I emailed them again. They said they will come during the week. Its 2 weeks later. No response or anything Im struggling without a washing machine. They boast their 3 year warranty but wont come out to fix. Extremely disappointing. Deft ia definitely not recommend from my side. The reference i received is 912327.
