Defy what an utter disappointment

Defy what an utter disappointment in a brand that I have supported for years. You do not live up to your brand statement that you can Rely on Defy. I bought a new fridge just short of a year ago and found that a day after being installed it already had an error as was not working properly. (This should have been exchanged at this point in my opinion). Multiple callouts, delays in parts, service requests closed without issues being resolved and almost a year later the fridge is still having the same issues and others. The latest response is they are waiting for parts when they should be replacing the unit and looking after their brand. I am ready to throw this fridge away and tell everyone I know to never use Defy again.
