DEFY Washing Machine Twin tub 15kg

After purchasing a DEFY Washing Machine 15kg Twintub in December 2023, I feel that I cannot enjoy the service of this item as it constantly gave me issues. The item was replaced March 2024 and it broke again in July 2024 with the same issue of the spin not working. Now I have to pay out of my own pocket to have this machine fixed. I feel that I have wasted my money.

Good day Vanessa,
We apologise for the inconvenience caused.
Unfortunately the warranty period has elapsed. Assessment would have to be carried out to diagnose and resolve the issue.

Warm regards,

How will this issue be resolved. It has been a back and forth from purchasing this item from @BradlowsFurniture. When I logged the complaint I had to do several follow ups. Convenient now that the warranty collapsed I have to pay to have this item fixed. I don't know how the warranty could have collapsed if this item was replaced in March 2024 and I complained and logged the lastest query again in Feb 2025 yet no one can help. I am greatly disappointed in your service. R 3799 could basically just last me 1 year to use as this machine is of no use to me now.

Good day Vanessa,
We understand your frustration, Bradlow's has a sole escalation process that can take up to fourteen days to be recieved by our service teams.
For your clarity, the warranty period does not reset when an exchange is issued; it carries over from the original purchase date.
Job costs are charged on out-of-warranty units.

Warm regards,

Basically I've purchased the item and could only use it within 14 months to be exact. I am greatly disappointed have I known this prior I would have rather opt for a different brand where I could have gotten a quality item that could have given me the service I was hoping to get and not break in between.
