Defy washing machine suck

I bought a washing machine in August 2017 and in August 2019 the spinner broke after it broke a few times before. I had to struggle to get a technician out and when he finally came with each visit something else breaks and I have to hear he'll come back. He then comes back after long time periods. I'm on my extended garentee and yet there is still no improvement. It is now 5 months later and I still can't use my machine
