Defy washing machine *******

I bought a defy washing machine last year. Ever since they are coming to fix errors, i dont know how many times they have replaced parts. Write mow i operat the machine with an e6 error. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesnt i have to spin dry using my hands, im very bitter towards defy, i will never buy defy products in my life, wha pains me is when i bought it, i had lay byed whirlpool then i stumbled upon their special offer and jumped to them because i thought they are good, little did i know. I have since asked them to change this machine but they don't want. My question is when im out of warranty who will be meeting the costs for repairing. Defy please do something
