Defy Washing Machine Replacement

I have a Defy DWD318 which is just under 1,5 years old. One day I put a load of clothes in the machine and then left the house to run some errands and upon getting back home I was greeted by loads of water that had flooded the kitchen of my apartment. Cleaned up everything, checked what I could on the machine, cleaned out everything I could on the machine and tried to run another cycle but immediately it started leaking water again so I called Defy to report the problem, after reporting the incident a week or so later a technician called me and came out to check the machine. They eventually found out that the drum had cracked which is a rare thing to happen according to the technician. So I had to contact Balwin to provide an invoice of the machine as the machine was bought by Balwin, Balwin sent the invoice to Defy and I waited. It has now been 8 weeks since I logged the call and I am still waiting for Defy to replace the machine. I have to call Defy everyday to get an update despite me telling them what an inconvenience this is because I am having to spend money to take my clothes to the laundromat which I cannot afford to do anymore and I explain this to Defy on every call I make to them but they don't seem to care about the urgency in the matter. I have been extremely patient and respectful but they seem to be taking my kindness for granted as they don't seem to care about my urgency in getting this closed off. The machine is still under warrantee, I have explained that I do not want the drum replaced because there is clearly a fault with the machine as the drum should not crack within a year and a half and I don't want the machine to crack the new drum again a couple of months later and after the warrantee is over. They also say the warrantee doesn't reset with a new machine which is very confusing to me? How can a warrantee not get reset if the machine is replaced? Anyway that is besides the point, all I want is to get my machine replaced so I can wash my clothes which at the moment is piling up and I am running out of clean clothes to wear but Defy don't seem to care about the urgency in getting this resolved after 8 weeks of back and fourth
