Defy washing machine not working and they dont take responsibility

<p>I bought defy washing machine from hirchs in centurion. the machine has been repaired 4 times in less than a year for same thing. </p> <p>Hirchs has todate just facilated for defy to do repairs but have not assisted to get defy to take responsibility for their faulty machine. it has been giving us problems since it was 2 weeks old. </p> <p>The defy technician says; he cant recommend replacement because it has to come out of his salary. manager of defy or hirchs have not contacted me.</p> <p>The old machine was replacing we used for more than 15 years with no problems. it was LG not defy. </p>
