DEFY WASHING MACHINE MAKES THE CLOTHES SMELL HORRID
Purchased a defy washing machine in MARCH 2022 and whenever I use the machine to wash clothes, the clothes has a horrid dirty smell.
I am using the same washing powder to hand wash and I have no issues but the machine is most likely not rising properly.
I have messaged Defy and received no feedback. this is disgusting service.
A washing machine is supposed to make life easier however I have a washing machine while I am still forced to hand wash. Waste of money!!!
Defy is the worst brand to ever purchase. They have no customer service etiquette

Please try the below to perform a drum clean on the machine to remove the odour(s).
Mix ¼ cup of baking soda with ¼ cup of water and add it to your machine's detergent container. Use four cups of plain white (not apple cider) vinegar to a top-load machine or two cups to a front-load model. Pour the vinegar into the drum. Run a high-temperature cycle.
Depending on frequency of use, drum cleans should be performed at least every 2 months to prevent odour build up.
