DEFY washing machine keeps braking
Wow i have to say DEFY is one big **** up... I did buy my DEFY washing machine at OK Furniture in belhar and the spinner broke and we have been callig DEFY for two weeks now every day so that they can send someone to fix it but every time they have a better story... On Thursday here came a mechanic to look at the machine and he said he did order a new motor and he will come and replace the old one on Friday or Saturday but he never came back and i never heard anything from him again and when i called defy call center about the guy that was here they just say they dont know him they didn't send some out to us they still trying to contact someone to send out... I am truly so sick off them now. If you not gonna repair my machine then give me a dam new one... After all i am still paying for my machine and yet no one came to fix it??
