Defy washing machine

Do not waste your time buying defy products. We bought a 14kg defy top loader washing machine, from OK furniture's in Cape Town (August 2022) From the get go we've been having issues with the product. (first complaint was 2 months in) Technician was out to repair the unit 6 times to date. March 2024, we reported another issue, unit didn't want to spin, problem escalated to just giving error message E5 on startup. Technician came out, replaced the computer. Machine worked for exactly 4 days. Same problem. Been fighting with defy appliances for over a month to sort out the issue. They eventually send out another technician , he tries 3 new computers. Of which non works. Now we sitting with a washing machine that don't work. We've tried contacting defy, there service is well below par. They never get back to you, phone just rings when you phone head office or any numbers for them and when you eventually, get a text message notification, that an appointment is made, they don't keep.
