Defy washing machine DAW 384

I bought a Defy DAW 384 washing machine from Margate Furnishers which is good in all areas but makes a terrible high pitch (frequency) noise when washing and spinning. Almost sounds like a jet engine starting up! Unacceptable noise for todays standards. I see other comments on Hellopeter of similar complaints with the unacceptable feedback that it is normal. My review is to agree with others on the matter and to add pressure on Defy to review their product! Customers can not test the washing mashines and various cycles in the shop to check if the FUNCTIONALITY is in order...we rely on the good name of the product, in this case Defy to back us up with proper after sales service. I want the machine replaced or money back please!
