Defy washing machine

We bought a defy washing machine a year ago In a years time the machine broke 5 times already The technician was suppose to come out the 3rd of may and never pitched just got a call from the technician saying he were at our house but nobody opend for him and that he will be back before 5 the same day Today when we asked what is going on defy said that we confirmed for the technician to come out on the 9th of may but we never spoke to them since they told me the technician was outside my house
