Defy washing machine
When I bought my washing machine I was told it has 5years warranty that was the 26 of January 2019, 3 years later my machine not working anymore I call the service centre and now am told my warranty was only for 3 years and I have to pay to get it fix...... Please help

Can you please kindly advise on the model of the machine?
Unless an extended warranty was purchased from the retailer, Washing Machines and Dishwashers have carried 3 year warranty periods (2 for Twin Tubs), respectively.
