Defy washing machine

Beyond shocking !!! I bought a washing machine 3 months ago. It stopped rinsing and spinning so I phoned defy. They sent a technician out 3 days later. They see it’s the PC board. So he says oh don’t worry it will be a week for a new PC board. Weeks go by I phone and phone and no one helps me. No one knows where the pc board is or could be. I get transferred back and forth and not one helpful Person in that whole company. I then get hold of a manager Lettie. Who then promised me they would replace my washing machine for a new one. But a week goes by and she ignores my emails and calls. And so I sit 5 weeks later with no washing machine. I will never ever ever use defy again. All my appliances are defy. This is the most disgusting service I’ve ever had. I’ll make sure all my friends and family don’t buy defy either
